I feel like absolute shit this morning. Woke up feeling nauseous, and just now had some cereal with an antacid tablet. Considering taking another one before I leave for school, but don't know whether or not it will do any good. I rather suspect it won't.

I really with I knew why I was constantly feeling sick. If it's not this, it's sinuses, or ... who knows.

I'm tempted to take another antacid and crawl back into bed.

Oh yes, and I think my new hair gel crap smells rather like vanilla. Not sure if I like that or not.

Hmmm... waking up like that. I wonder... I've had a lot of that lately, and I know what it is. I'll have to ask you a few questions for more detail.

Here are three really significant improvements you could make:

* Diet: reduce your soda/caffeine/junk food intake little by little until it's a thing of rarity
* Excercise: again, you can phase this in, though sometimes it's easier to just dive headfirst into things like this
* Get enough sleep: this is a lot more important than it might seem.

It's already at a very negligible level; and I'm doing the whole vitamin thing, so yeah...

The last time I did this, I turned into a complete and utter asshole, so...yeah. I haven't figured out how to deal with that yet in a way that lets me continue exercising. This is a fairly common thing with me -- I exercise, then I crash/get depressive/turn into an asshole. And as far as I can tell, it doesn't get better with repeated exercise.

* Get enough sleep: this is a lot more important than it might seem.

Yeah, this is probably my single biggest problem. I'm a late person, which makes me incapable of sleeping before midnight, yet I have to be up and doing things at 7 AM. The solution is probably going to be naps.
