I'sa baaaad kitty. >.>

I dropped roughly $200 on a DS (along with a few games) today. So I have the basic Tetris, Tetris Attack (well, Puzzle League for the GBA), and I also bought a copy of Trauma Center. <3 Trauma Center. :D

Going to try to acquire a copy of Mario Kart DS, though I've been told I should spend no more than $30 on it.

What other games would you guys recommend? I'm looking for games that are replayable, fun (duh), and at least somewhat mentally stimulating. I'm thinking I want to avoid the traditional side-scroller games like Mario World, etc., at least for now.

Just to give you an idea of my tastes, I like:
  • Tetris
  • Tetris Attack
  • FreeCell
  • Sudoku (if I can get my attention span to last that long)
  • Trauma Center (played it more on the Wii, though I will catch up in fairly short order) -- I love the gameplay, and the story keeps things interesting. The gameplay by itself makes it a good game, and the storyline seems interesting so far, but only the two taken together make it great IMO.
  • Racing Games -- realistic, or incredibly toonish, preferred. I'm thinking here of Mario Kart and Burnout (road rage <3) or PGR/GTA-like games (which I know I won't find on the DS).
  • Other new and interesting concept games (like Katamari Damancy was when it came out), especially ones that make use of the stylus in creative ways

So ... if you've got any suggestions, throw 'em at me. :)

Elite Beat Agents! Even though you might not like, or even want to listen, to the songs on it, GET IT ANYWAY. You won't regret it at all.

Also, even though you must import it, and it costs $50, and it's in Japanese, get Jump! Ultimate Stars. It's like Smash Brothers with Anime characters....and it's online-playable, too!

dr mario, if it exists for ds, seems right up your alley.

Also Dragon Warrior.

The puzzle league cart he got has Dr. Mario on it.

Suggestions of consequence: Kirby's Canvas Curse, Feel the Magic, WarioWare ;)

All of these are borrowable from either myself or (I presume) Andy.

Phoenix Wright 1 & 2!! There's nothing quite like trying to win a court case in a video game. =3
