So, the network has been down all morning, which I discovered after getting out of my shower not too long ago. I called tech support, and spent about an hour on the phone with them, only to have them tell me to reset my modem.

...and, surprise of surprises, it actually worked.

I told the tech that's the first time resetting has actually solved anything. He said, "that's the first time it fixed anything for me, too" ... and we both laughed.

...now, time to get work done. grr.
