Answer every question with "The FBI lies". I guarantee you won't serve jury duty. I can't guarantee you won't serve time, but at least not on a jury. ;)

Actually the idea of jury duty doesn't bother me that much for now. Except the dress code (dress codes are fucking evil), and the hours (whoever heard of getting up before 10 AM?). Well, and the wear and tear on the car driving to/from LA each week.

I look at it this way, it gives me something to do over the summer. And as it stands now, I don't have much to do.

Tell them you believe in jury nullification. That'll do it, too. I've always wanted the chance to do that...

You should also be aware, though, that if the timing is in any way bad (or even if you want to claim it is), it's usually easy to get deferred until later.
