Meditation

It's interesting how rhythmic sound inputs (such as snoring) prove to be very powerful distractions. I found my entire body moving in time with the rhythm -- my breath, and everything else.

Spent a lot of time thinking about situational things -- taking amranx to the health clinic tonight, the drive up to SJ tomorrow, packing etc. It was very much "ok, calllmmmmmm...OMHYGODICAN'TFORGETTHIS! calllmmmmm...", and repeat.

I tried meditating on my bed tonight (since Amran is sleeping here). My back was in excruciating pain even before I finished the first counting set. I went back and forth between leaning against the wall and being hunched over for the whole session.
