meh. So last night/today I started experiencing systems of burnout. The usual -- irritability, not sleeping well (although I'm sure the ice cream didn't help), ...

I don't really have anything profound to say about this, except to note it and try to work with it. I need to do one of two things: (a) reduce my workload, or (b) take better care of myself. Neither of these two options are very likely. :p

I took tonight after work for mental-health time (translation: "reading fiction"), even though I'm behind on my senior project. Frankly, I'm not sure how I'm going to get caught up without losing most, if not all of my sanity.

School is frustrating because it's open-ended. I can't easily limit it to 9-5 five days a week. Plus, many teachers have very little respect for their students' time. (::growls at his STAT labs::) Both of these facts bother me.
