Lost the count a couple times due to brief bits of daydream or spaciness. Some of the daydreams that showed up actually incorporated the current number. They passed fairly quickly, though -- usually before the next breath.
Other than that, meditation was pretty uneventful. My heart rate and breath started out heavily, and gradually lightened until a few sets in. They both remained relatively soft and light -- my heart rate settled down (and pumped more softly), and my breath was shallow and even (as opposed to ragged).
