It only took me about 15min to climb this time. I had to go part-way down and back up again to get a reasonable workout out of it. But I'm definitely more tired than last time, which is a good thing.
Need to find some upper-body work to do, though, and possibly start carrying some load so as to work my legs a bit more. Also... more than (roughly) once a week would be nice. I was intending to do something Sunday, but was busy with house-hunting and family.
Right then, I need a cookie.
